Booking Conditions |
Payment of Rent:
|
| A deposit of 30% is payable on booking
unless the holiday will commence within eight weeks of the
date of booking, then the full amount will be due. |
| If a deposit has been paid the balance will be due
eight weeks before commencement of your holiday. |

Insurance:
|
| It is advisable to take out holiday insurance
as the full cost of your holiday may be payable on cancellation if
we are unable to re-let the property. All cancellations must be
notified in writing. |

Discounts: |
| A discount of 5% may be allowed to Applicants
who wish to re-book a property they have rented during the previous
eighteen months. |
|
Method of Payment: |
| Payments may be made by cheque or postal orders and
should be made payable to P.E. & M.L. Richards.
Credit or Bank cards can be accepted through Paypal via your
email address. |
|
Tenants's obligations: |
| a) To pay for any losses or damages to the
property, caused by the tenant or a member of their party (reasonable
wear and tear excluded) unless the cost of making good such loss or
damage can be fully recovered under insurance. |
| b) To take good care of the property and leave
it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the tenancy. |
| c) To permit the owners reasonable access to the property. |
| d) Not to part with possession of the property,
or share it, except with members of the party shown on the booking form. |
| e) Not to exceed the total number of people
stipulated in the property description |
| f) Not to cause annoyance or become a nuisance
to the occupants of adjoining premises. |
