Anneth Lowen (Cornish for happy dwelling) is a spacious self-catering apartment with beamed ceilings (giving it that cottage feel) on the south end of our large 17th Century farmhouse with its own private garden to the front and the private parking is on gravel or a concrete driveway to the rear.
There is easy access to this ground floor accommodation over a wide shallow step into a tiled hallway and low wooden thresholds to each room. (The room above is not occupied whilst visitors are resident).
The bathroom which has a bath with electric shower fitted over it, washbasin, shaver-point, toilet and heated towel rail, also has a tiled floor. Towels are provided.
The one family bedroom is carpeted and has a double and single bed. A further guest bed (56 x 26) or a cot can be added. All bedding, duvets and pillows are provided. This room has night storage heating.
The hallway leads into a spacious fully fitted tiled kitchen which has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and automatic washing machine. There is a wide selection of crockery, glassware, saucepans and cutlery. The storage/airing cupboards house an iron, ironing board, airer and vacuum cleaner. Various cleaning products are provided. The window offers a view over open farmland.
The lounge/diner is carpeted and overlooks the front garden. It has a television, DVD player with a small selection of games and books, night storage heating and a log burner. Quick heat can be supplied by a halogen heater.
Sorry no pets. The property has WiFi. Low season Short breaks available. Changeover is on Fridays. Maximum 4 persons.
